WOW! After reviewing your gallery, I have to say that this is the piece that strikes me the most.
I'm very impressed, first of all, with the quality of the retouch on the model. (the first thing I always look for) The soft white glow on the outside of the face, when coupled with the highlights on the lips and inside corner of the eye serve to make alluring presentation, as the model is certainly the focal point of this piece.

The hair too is painted with generous highlights and blends very well against the painted trees background. The background itself blurred just enough to prevent drawing undue attention to itself and away from the Nordic warrior princess.

The flaming sword grasped tightly in our heroine's hand gives full explanation of her determined intent, and I am quite taken with the 'heat waves' which seem to be rising ominously from the blade, which is why I give this piece a 4 and 1/2 stars for impact. I also score generously on vision and technique because it is clear that you accomplished what you were looking for, with a stable idea of how to achieve it.

If I were to offer any advise on how you might improve this piece, I might suggest turning down the saturation of your model to give the painting a colder, more forbidding look that seems to be prominent in your theme.
The fire also may be made to 'pop' more by darkening the background (and/or adding some shadows). And including some flying snow texture in the foreground might also help to take the temperature down a few degrees.
Highlights on the model's armour itself may also be promoted by applying some lowlights to the already existing shadows. This could easily be accomplished via an 'overlay' layer or two.

All in all, the artwork is very visual and enthralling beyond expectation, and I certainly look forward to seeing more of work and growth as an artist.
